The pomegranate concentrate inherently is a concentrated pomegranate juice. The concentrate should be very interesting as product for juice manufacturers. In the majority of the countries the concentrate is in great demand than juice. It is because of lower price.
Under the characteristic, pomegranate concentrate is much better, than juice. It is caused, that during the preparation of the concentrate the principle of deep vacuum is used, which allows to keep all vitamins and useful substances. For example, in manufacturing of our juice there are no colorants, additives used - only fresh squeezed pomegranate juice. The majority of other manufacturers, so as to increase incomes, dilute a ready product with water and add colors in order to improve appearance.
Our pomegranate concentrate is prepared from pomegranates collected in non-polluting areas of Azerbaijan. These pomegranates won world acclaim, due to taste and medical properties. On manufacturing of our concentrate we use only mature fresh fruits, healthy and corresponding to requirements of working standards and specifications: Gylusha red, Gylusha pink, Shakh - Nar, Veles, Bala - Myursal, Nazik - Kabukh, Gyrmyzy - Kabukh, Kazake - Anar, Vir - 1, Gayum - Nar. Fruits of a pomegranate quite mature, with well advanced large, intensively painted grains, the first and second flowering. Pomegranates contain not less than 11% of dry substances and have acidity within the limits of 4 - 8%.
The concentrate available in frozen view, in steel 250 kg drums, aseptic bag inside, and will be shipped in container with temperature mode -18C.

Seasonings to dishes always were distinctive feature of the East. One of such a seasoning is pomegranate sauce or narsharab.
Narsharab - dense, dark-red liquid obtained from the pomegranate juice, contains pomegranate juice and sugar. For preparation of narsharab, seeds of a pomegranate clear from the crust and interradicular septa of the fruit, squeeze out juice and steam them in the vacuum-devices up to 1/5 initial volume, adding sugar and spices (a coriander, basil, cinnamon and bay leaf).
Pomegranate sauce 'Narsharab' except the properties peculiar to the juice, possesses soft original taste and is equally good both with meat and fish.
As this product is a delicacy, we bottle them into original bottles which looks well on a festive table. Especially for this sauce we designed gorgeous bottle. This bottle capacity is 150 ml but the sauce is very concentrated and the weight of it more than 180 ml. Read more
