New life to 'spray cans'...The most important companies in the Aerosol sector
meet in Rome to present the revolution coming to the shelves.
Rome, 21/23 September 2010
Rome, July 20th - After Manchester 2007, the 27th International Aerosol Congress and 16th Aerosol Exhibition come to Italy, to Rome, from 21st to 23rd September 2010 with the prestigious backdrop of Rome Cavalieri. The three-yearly travelling exhibition and congress sees the meeting of the international community in this sector to sum up the market developments, the new products and to preview the innovative solutions that we will soon be seeing on the shelves of retail outlets. These products actually interest almost all the wide scale consumer sectors.
From cosmetics to household products, from food products to veterinary products, also including paint and enamels, many items of daily use availing of this technology.
The theme of the 2010 exhibition and congress, that Italy hosts for the first time along with a large exhibition, will be innovation as a response to the crisis; innovation from several viewpoints: materials, content and safety, for man and for the environment.
Spray products that have been under close scrutiny for many years due to the problems of pollution, are now preparing for a green revolution which first of all passes through research and the use of new materials, just as safe but less polluting than those in use.
Apart from representing a great step forwards from the viewpoint of environmental sustainability, the change to new materials, destined to revolutionise the use of many products, opens up unexpected product marketing scenarios for various brands.
First of all the world of cosmetics will find new stimuli to renew its range of products in the solutions proposed in the exhibition thanks to the ever safer and at the same time even more attractive containers. Indeed, for many large scale consumables packaging represents a sort of business card of the product: it evokes sensations, attracts the attention of consumers, contributing to the renewal and the strengthening of the image of the goods.
The exhibition and congress will see the participation of 80 of the most important companies in the world which cover the whole sector product line: manufacturers of machines and systems, manufacturers of aerosol accessories (valves, caps), aerosol manufacturers (fillers for themselves and/or for third parties), manufacturers and distributors of propellants, as well as the representatives of the domestic associations of the different countries.
The exhibition and congress will also provide the opportunity to update the legal situation and to establish criteria shared at a European level, with the objective of guaranteeing the market increasingly higher standards of quality and safety to protect consumers and the environment.
The exhibition and congress is organised by the Italian Aerosol Association with the contribution of the European Aerosol Federation and the patronage of the Ministry of Economic Development.
The event is a Zero Impact - Lifegate Project: 159,085 kg of CO2 will be offset through the creation and the maintenance of 23.691 square meters of new forest in Madagascar.
