Alextron Beverages was established to take advantage of a unique opportunity. This is to market a range of exciting and new energy beverages.
We have available the sole rights to Gauteng and possibly the entire South African Market.
In our strategy of becoming a leading brand in the energy drink market, Alextron Beverages are interested in negotiating and appointing Distributors to market our product range in our target markets around South Africa.
We would like to give prospective Distributors an insight into our product and the Companys expectations with regards to our ideal Distributorship relationship with our Distribution partners.
Because of our business strategy we are looking for partners who are beverage contractors themselves.
The distributor should have a distribution netwo ...rk which is synergistic with the market channels where we want our products being sold.
We will appoint a Beverage distributor with exclusive territorial rights.
We will meet here in Johannesburg to meet the players in the territories under negotiation.
It is the Companys intention to sell Distribution rights to geographical areas and market niches dependant on the prospective distributor.
The parties will also negotiate our longer Distributorship Agreement, which is a long term formal agreement between us and the Distributor.
This legally binding document covers the appointment, products and territory, the market channel/s, pricing and terms minimal sales targets, inter Company support and the term of the contract.
Our product has already recieved rave reviews in the United States of America and the UnitedKingdom.
We are set to take South Africa by storm.
