Our food is produced with secrets of our traditional recipes,improved with contemporary methods.
We have furnished our traditional expertise with our new plant in 23.000 sqm open area that includes administrative units , 11.000sqm closed area processing units and warehouses for raw and finished products.
Since the very beginning,we apply our extra high self- control both in production and in management. This has been the main factor for us to obtain all required certificates easily.In addition to our local TSE Standart Compliances,our production and management has been graded with certificates like : ISO 9001- ISO 22000:2005 and HACCP Code:2003 ....
LOKMAN has been well known for its quality and special taste in breakfast food in Turkey in most sectors like military , tourism , dormitories , restourants and retail for use at home.Our products have been exported with private label to many countries in CIS , Europe , USA and The Middle East.
As LOKMAN is one of the most prefered breakfast food, our main principle is to extend our product and offering varieties for cheap and safe consuming. Thanks to our different packing types and perfect taste,our products are consumed without squandering.
Our production reaches up to 114 items in 12 main articles as follows:

For all our products, packings varies from 15gr up to 25kg suitable for individual,catering and industrial consumption.
We have also SESAM SEED FOR BAKERY in packing of 5 kg and 50 kg
