We will offer you warranty of 5 (five) years on the compressor against manufacturing defect & 1 year on the unit against manufacturing defect. In addition, we will offer you free spare parts equivalent to 2% of the quantity of the goods supplied.

We will provide user manuals for the product.
We will welcome a team of your technicians / sales for a orientation and training programme at our factory to provide them with inputs on operating and maintenance practices, trouble-shooting etc.
We will provide you with our recommendations on spare parts that will be carried by you. This will be dependent on the model/quantity purchased.
